This guy pretends to be a sophisticated investor who owns a few high end hotels abroad. He preys off of naive victims and has managed to scam over a dozen people in the Washington DC area. One of his victim bought his a Rolls Royce and Penthouse on the Georgetown Waterfront in exchange for shares in his company. Now that guy is bankrupt and "Mayu" is still living it up. Be weary, he uses your money to pay for his extravagant lifestyle. His number is 2.0.2.2.5.5.8.5.6.4, be cautious. He uses forged documents from Lloyds of London, Merrill Lynch, etc.
Mayu is pulling a new scam these days on a group called the "Art of Living Foundation" in Washington, DC. He claims that he's not working on his multi-billion dollar real estate and hotel development projects because he's busy promoting his book "Moons of Desire". It's all another scam. He wants people to believe that he's this very generous person when in fact, he's worst than bernie madoff and a lot uglier. He's a crook like his father and his uncle.

Mayu and I orchestrated the whole scam together. We used my mother's good name and her position at the Ceylon Insurance Company (Ceylinco) to make introductions to various foreign investors. We created Ceylon Hotel Development Group in the US and used it to trick unsophisticated investors into putting in short term funds in large existing development projects. However, since we did not have an actual interest in the projects, we had to get creative and figure a way to manipulate the system in our favor. So we figured out that if we made a bogus offer on foreign exotic development project, we could get all of the information on the project and then take it to our investors here in the States and should them all of the information and claim that it was us. We would then get drawings made in our name and soon enough, people were flocking to give us money to buy shares in our company. We collected over $4 million USD using this one scam already. His name is being thrown around by a local DC scam artist who had been working with another scam artist to pressure our company to sign a financial advisory services contract. I am including a copy of part of recent “Skype” conversations with this group attached below. We have already given a heads up to the company named “Hovercraft” later in the phone log about their “involvement” with this company and they were not happy.
Given Mr. McMillen’s past experience as a Rhodes Scholar, NBA player, ex Congressman and businessman, I don’t think he would enjoy his reputation being tarnished but such low life scum!
I writing to you now, after months of trying hard to erase any memory of your existence, because I am forced to confront issues that are outstanding and now extremely pending. As for the lies you have told me over the years, the promises of riches and opportunities past what I have ever thought possibile, I can get passed them. As you are aware, we entered into a consent order with the Mortgage Holder on 3030 K Street, whereby you were supposed to begin catch-up payments on December 28, 2006 and resume regular monthly mortgage payments on January 1, 2007. In addition to this consent order, we also entered into a consent order with the holder of the note on the Rolls Royce, whereby you were to begin making catch-up payments on January 1, 2007, with your regular monthly payments beginning on January 15, 2007. It is now January 5, 2007, and we are already defaulting on both agreements. As you are aware, if you are in default of the consent orders, the companies are entitled to file a notice of default, which will cause many problems in the bankruptcy proceeding. At this point, we need to minimize the amount of times we are in front of the court because of the potential problems that may arise down the road.
You informed me that Mayou would have the money by last Friday based on his promises, however, it is now 1 week later and there is still no check. Please let him know that failure to make the payments can and will result in a foreclosure on the property, a repossession of the vehicle and could throw quite a wrench into the bankruptcy proceedings as they currently stand.
